Lisa Groves, O.D.

Dr. Lisa K. Groves is originally from the St. Charles, MO area. She attended the College of the Ozarks in Branson, MO where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. 

After receiving her Psychology degree, Dr. Groves then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. Dr. Groves brings 24 years of eye care experience to our practice and has been practicing for 16 years.  She especially enjoys diagnosing and managing ocular diseases such as dry eye, meibomian gland dysfunction, macular degeneration, glaucoma, and cataracts, as well as fitting contact lenses. She currently sees patients of all ages in the Lake Ozark and Laurie clinics.

Dr. Groves experienced a life-changing event when she traveled to Mexico on a mission trip to help provide eye care and glasses for 29,000 people. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry as well as a member of the American Optometric Association, Missouri Optometric Association, and Ocular Wellness and Nutrition Society.

She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, boating, camping and traveling.
